Mrs. Berger's writing class has been working on making Google Slides reports on animals. They checked out books from the library to help gather their research and created a final product.


Students in the grades 6-9 Makerspace: Creation Station class built propeller boats this week. They used foam, craft sticks, bottle caps & motors to make their boats. Students used their creativity to make modifications to the original design.

Students in the grades 3-6 Makerspace: Creation Station class worked hard on Cardboard Creatures this week. Students planned, designed & made modifications to their plans. They were given a $100 budget and shopped the Makerspace store for supplies. Check out these Cool Creations!

Mrs. Berger's classes this week had a great time with indoor activities to beat the rain!




Mr. Buechner’s and Ms. Kniffen’s Academic and Life Skills for Kids class became paleontologists today and dug up and identified dinosaur bones yesterday!




Miss Braatz's Nature Adventure class for 3-5th grade were hiking Ice Age Trail Mecan River Segment and looking for a geocache on Ice Age Trail Mecan River Segment this week.





Miss Braatz's 3-5th grade Nature Adventurer's went to the Wild Rose Fish Hatchery this week and the 6-7th grade class went hiking Ice Age Trail Mecan River Segment.



Mr. Vaughn's fishing class at Camp Parkside has had some luck with their catch this week!





In Miss Cheir's Nature Explorers class for 1st and 2nd graders this week students learned Wisconsin bird species. We explored where birds live and also made bird feeders!





Whether you are planning to enter the Residential Construction or Wood Manufacturing programs at FVTC, OR just want to learn woodworking techniques, this course will provide basic layout and measurement practices, exposure to woodworking equipment, develop safe and efficient machining habits, along with completing a small 4‑shelf stand project.

Mandalas were made this last week in Calm Coloring class during Camp Parkside.
A mandala is an arrangement of simple shapes repeated in a circular pattern. The center is the focal point and it can ease anxiety and calm you down during a meditative state. Here are some of our creations!





Duct Tape Mania at Camp Parkside created bow ties and hair bands this week!



Camp Parkside's Nature Explorers were identifying Wisconsin plants around school this week as well as learning about the life cycle of the butterfly!
