Wautoma High School Senior Falyn Krempp holds a framed copy of the Waushara County logo she designed. Falyn's logo was adopted by the Waushara County Board of Supervisors in April after a contest was held to area high school students, including Wild Rose, Wautoma and Tri-County. For her winning entry Falyn received recognition from the Waushara County Board of Supervisors and Waushara Area Chamber Gift Certificates. The framed logo will be placed in the front lobby of the high school to recognize her accomplishment.

Last week the Redgranite Elementary fifth graders and kindergartners buddied up and worked on a fun fall project together. The kindergartners had to answer questions about themselves to determine what became a part of their final picture.

Redgranite third graders participated in a community scavenger hunt. They visited the public library, the post office, the quarry, and BR Diner. Students received their library cards at the public library. They learned how the post office works. They also enjoyed visiting the quarry. They were appreciative to be able to warm up with a cup of hot chocolate at BR Diner. Thanks to the community for supporting our scavenger hunt!
