Families may apply for free or reduced lunch benefits for the upcoming 2020/2021 school year by completing a new application beginning July 1, 2020. Families that received lunch benefits last year must also complete a new application to remain eligible. You can apply online by using your existing Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Anyone preferring a paper form, please download off of our school website or please contact your school office after July 1st.

Wautoma Area Youth Football and Cheer will be holding sign-ups for the fall season for Junior Pee Wee/Pee Wee Football and Cheerleading Thursday June 11, 6-8 p.m. at BIRD CREEK PARK Tuesday June 16, 6-8 p.m. at BIRD CREEK PARK ***Incoming 3rd through 6th graders are welcome to join. Today, members of the Wautoma High School Key Club participated in highway cleanup.
ONLY OUTGOING SENIORS: Wautoma High School will be having the Senior Chromebook pickup day on Friday (June 5th) from 8am until noon. Any outgoing Seniors that HAVE RETURNED their chromebooks will be able to pick up their chromebook (and charger if you returned it) at the front of the Wautoma High School as long as all of your technology fees are paid and up to date. *If you need to arrange for a different pick up time, please contact the High School Office to arrange a pickup time. Please remember that if you have NOT RETURNED your Chromebook to the High School, this must be done to have the WASD content/filters removed from your chromebook. If you don't bring it back, the chromebook device will be locked and unusable from June 5th until you return it to the High School. The procedure takes about 4 business days to complete. *Once the Chromebook is returned to the school and the WASD content/filters have been removed - do not login with your Wautoma username to get into the computer. Any Chromebooks not picked up by September will be put back into the WASD loaner device and property of the WASD.
The Wautoma Area School District Summer Food Service Program kicks off today. From June 1st through June 26th, free grab-and-go meals will be provided from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at only TWO locations in Wautoma and TWO in Redgranite. Due to the fact that the in-person WASD Art Show was cancelled, Mrs. Miller and Ms. Rich wanted to acknowledge the art work some of their students created with a Virtual Art Show. The Redgranite Library Summer Reading Program will be completely online and start June 29th. Programs are for K-4, 5-12 and Adult. Sign up will be on our library Facebook page. The theme is Imagine Your Story. Students can pick up packets with supplies for the projects from the library. We will start our normal hours starting June 8th. (Right now we are just doing curbside pickup). The program will be through Beanstack and participants can gain badges and entries for prizes given at the end of the program. The drawing will take place on August 10th. After the drawing students can pick up their prizes anytime or they can be mailed upon request. So no matter where you are, join us this summer for some fun activities and win some cool prizes.

Parkside Grades 6-8: There are 25 yearbooks still available for sale during material pick up and drop off. The cost is $18. Please make checks payable to WASD or exact cash for $18. On Thursday and Friday, the Wautoma Area School District will be collecting school district-owned educational materials and distribute students’ personal items that are remaining at your child’s school. Redgranite Location Change: Starting tomorrow the Wautoma Area School District Food Distribution in Redgranite will be held at the Sentry Parking Lot as well as the north side of Veterans Park next to the pavilion until further notice. The food will be distributed from 11:00 – 11:45 AM.

This offer is first come, first served until the remaining books are sold out.
