MESSAGE FROM THE WAUTOMA HIGH SCHOOL PRINCIPAL

At Wautoma High School we are committed to providing our students with a safe, positive and engaging learning environment where they can reach their highest potential. We have a genuine desire to get to know our students and families to better understand students’ personal strengths, challenges and general capacity for learning. Our incredibly talented teachers and staff ensure that every student feels that they belong and are provided with multiple learning opportunities to assist them in mapping out their pathway to success. Throughout the learning process, staff create strong connections between learning targets, classroom activities and classroom assessments while providing specific and ongoing feedback related to students’ progress. In addition, staff implement learning and grading practices which recognize that students learn at different rates and in different ways.

A student whose goal is to attend the military, vocational training, four-year college, entrepreneurship, technical college, or transition into the workforce will have access to rigorous and relevant courses and experiences they need to succeed.
